Improving content quality on GOV.UK
Slides hosted on www.slideshare.net)
Each day GOV.UK receives over 2 million visitors from UK citizens searching for information on government services, policies and guidance. There are over 2,500 regular publishers on GOV.UK working in hundreds of government agencies and departments across the UK.
This presentation will explore and demonstrate how GDS content designers work with devolved publishers to improve content quality across GOV.UK. This is with one aim in mind: users find what they are searching for as quickly as possible – and as a result return to the site time and again.
