The Crisis90 Workshop will begin with a presentation session outlining best practice principles for communicating in a crisis, with a specific focus on engaging across social media channels.
Delegates will then be divided into teams and taken through a crisis scenario step-by-step using an innovative online simulation platform.
Delegates will then be asked to work in their teams to develop a crisis response strategy, draft key messaging and engage with stakeholders on a simulated Twitter-style feed. At each stage, participants review and compare their responses on-screen with other teams; receiving instant reaction and feedback.
